We are looking for students or fresh graduates who will join our Customer Success team to work on client data, consolidation, and import. You will receive comprehensive training from us in Bratislava to fully understand the VC industry and the data you will be working with. And how will your day-to-day activities look like?

• Working with various financial statements (i.e. profit & loss, balance sheet, income statement) and other investors’ data (i.e. cap tables, transaction documents).
• Collaborating with our Customer Success Managers to understand clients’ data (Excel, Word, PDF) and agreeing on the proper steps to process it and prepare for import into our software.
• Participating in the overall onboarding project management and proposing solutions to improve our internal processes.

You will have the chance to work with the data of industry leaders (like Atomico – the 2nd largest European VC), understand how they work, and gain analytical skills thanks to working with their most treasured data.

What are we looking for?

We believe this role is best suited for university graduates in accounting/finance/business/economics programs or related fields. However, we are also open to candidates from other backgrounds, including ambitious students that want to develop in this area.

Regardless of the specifics of your background, you should be able to demonstrate:

• Interest in the world of finance/venture capital/private equity.
• Self-discipline demonstrated by attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and priorities management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).
• Communication skills that include professional English.
