Vestberry is growing fast, and finding the right talent is a constant challenge. We believe that the power of networking can connect talented people with their dream jobs. That’s why we introduced a referral bonus for everyone, also for the people outside of Vestberry. We hope this will motivate you to refer someone interesting, and we want to reward you for your effort in helping us find the right people to work with.

We are looking for people who will help us what success in our industry is and then deliver it.

They are smart and capable colleagues with passion and potential to drive the company’s growth, strive for the best, and be ready to handle the challenges we are going through. How does it all work?

  1. Browse open roles at our Career page.
  2. Choose a specific position that you want to refer your friend for.
  3. Click on “Refer a friend” button and fill up the form.
  4. We sign a contract to formalize the arrangement if we hire your candidate.
  5. After the 3-month anniversary with the candidate, you receive the referral bonus.

How much can you earn?

€300 (L1 = Entry level, graduate)

€500 EUR (L2 = Junior with some experience)

€1,000 EUR (L3 = Medior, experienced professional)

€1,500 EUR (L4 = Senior, advanced professional)

€2.000 EUR (L5 = Expert)

Job leveling will be confirmed at the point of accepted offer depending on the individual candidate’s seniority, and this amount will be defined in a contract.

*The amount represents the total cost for Vestberry for this bonus excl. VAT.

How to introduce us?

  1. Send an email to career@vestberry.com.
  2. Write subject: Referral – Name Surname (candidate) – Open job position
  3. Write a short introduction and provide your and the candidate’s contact details.
  4. Do not forget to include the Linkedin profile or attach the CV.

*Referrals via Linkedin, Whatsapp, SMS, or any other channel can’t be accepted.

What happens next?

Step 1
The candidate receives & accepts the offer. When your candidate receives an offer to join the Vestberry team and accepts it, our People team will reach out to you to sign a contract.

Step 2
We sign a contract. To formalize our cooperation, you & Vestberry shall sign a contract. We have a contract for all parties – company, contractor/freelancer, and employee.  We outline the referral bonus amount based on the candidate’s seniority in the contract.

Step 3
You receive the referral bonus. We take 3 months to see if the candidate is a good fit. On the 3-month anniversary, we pay out the referral bonus according to the contract on the first day of the fourth month.
