€300 (L1 = Entry level, graduate)
€500 EUR (L2 = Junior with some experience)
€1,000 EUR (L3 = Medior, experienced professional)
€1,500 EUR (L4 = Senior, advanced professional)
€2.000 EUR (L5 = Expert)
Job leveling will be confirmed at the point of accepted offer depending on the individual candidate’s seniority, and this amount will be defined in a contract.

Step 1
The candidate receives & accepts the offer. When your candidate receives an offer to join the Vestberry team and accepts it, our People team will reach out to you to sign a contract.
Step 2
We sign a contract. To formalize our cooperation, you & Vestberry shall sign a contract. We have a contract for all parties – company, contractor/freelancer, and employee. We outline the referral bonus amount based on the candidate’s seniority in the contract.
Step 3
You receive the referral bonus. We take 3 months to see if the candidate is a good fit. On the 3-month anniversary, we pay out the referral bonus according to the contract on the first day of the fourth month.
