Implementing new software in the company is always a challenge. Our Customer Success team at Vestberry is here to support clients on their journey toward becoming Vestberry power users. They are experts in data migration, user training, and support. Our mission is to get you all settled in as fast as possible.
There are 2 approaches to onboarding available for Vestberry clients:
You and your team will receive basic training, including data input examples for a few companies. We will show you around the platform, help you understand how to input data, and you are good to go.
This lets you start using Vestberry right away. This is an ideal option for smaller portfolio-size funds with a clear & simple data structure.
Once your operation is more complex, we strongly advise relying on the support of our Customer Success team.
To better understand your needs, before the contract is signed, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire and/or provide a data sample.
The Customer Success team can then draw up a custom Onboarding plan that covers your needs. For busy clients who want to move quickly, we can go as far as providing complete data migration.
We also draw up a training curriculum to accommodate your team’s availability. Live training sessions and workshops in your office are also an option.
Dedication from the client’s side during the onboarding is essential. Understanding this, the client can have a single source of truth, the right numbers in place, and higher process efficiency within a few weeks.
