Vestberry is a B2B Fintech SaaS startup building portfolio intelligence and monitoring solutions for Venture Capital (VC) funds. Our mission is to empower investors with data-driven insights and help shape the future of private markets.
We’re a fast-growing team (~50 people) with a flat structure, transparent communication, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and individual growth. At Vestberry, you’ll find a mix of clan culture (team spirit, empathy, collaboration) and adhocracy (innovation, ownership, and flexibility).
We are now looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our product team and drive business outcomes. You’ll join three other PMs under the leadership of our Head of Product, Michal, and help us set the foundation for scalable product processes while directly influencing revenue, retention, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product lifecycle: from problem discovery, ideation, design, and planning to delivery and adoption.
- Identify and validate opportunities by talking with customers, analyzing data, and understanding market trends.
- Build and prioritize the roadmap in alignment with business KPIs (revenue growth, churn reduction).
- Drive discovery initiatives and ensure regular feedback loops with customer-facing teams.
- Engage stakeholders across the company (engineering, sales, customer success, leadership) and ensure product alignment.
- Document and communicate effectively, creating clear internal enablement materials and technical notes.
- Balance trade-offs between business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Leverage tools & data (JIRA, Productboard, Posthog, Hubspot, Notion, Figma, SQL basics, AI productivity tools).
- Act as a business-facing PM – about 70% of your work will be with customers and commercial teams, 30% with technical teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS/B2B software (fintech, finance, VC/PE, BI platforms a plus).
- Proven track record of taking ownership, working cross-functionally, and driving measurable results.
- Strong customer & business orientation – customer, revenue and retention-driven mindset.
- Ability to break down complex problems and prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
- Experience in discovery practices: interviewing customers, defining needs, validating solutions.
- Strong communication & presentation skills – clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Comfortable working in English and leading client-facing conversations/interviews.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up) and iterative product cycles.
- Nice to have: CSPO or other product certifications, experience with SQL queries, BI tools, AI productivity tools.
