About Vestberry

Vestberry is a B2B Fintech SaaS startup building portfolio intelligence and monitoring solutions for Venture Capital (VC) funds. We’re a fast-growing team (~50 people) with a flat structure, transparent communication, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and individual growth.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with prior SaaS experience who can own the full sales cycle and help us capture the market opportunity ahead of us.

What You’ll Do

  • Own deals end to end: outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing
  • Work with executive buyers (CFOs, COOs, Partners)
  • Manage multi-stakeholder, mid-length sales cycles (2–6 months)
  • Build and maintain a clean, well-qualified pipeline

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a complex or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (€100k+) in the EU market
  • Someone our sales team can learn from — a natural coach and lead-by-example type
  • Fast learner who can quickly get to grips with a complex product and sell it confidently
  • Experience selling into executive-level stakeholders across multiple markets
