We are looking for students or fresh graduates who will join our Customer Success team to work on client data, consolidation, and import. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team, helping with data consolidation, transition, and file cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Senior Customer Success Managers to understand and manage extensive sets of client data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Assist in data validation, identification, and resolution of discrepancies or inconsistencies within financial statements and investment data.
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets, providing valuable insights and presenting findings to internal stakeholders effectively.
• Communicate proactively with clients to address data-related queries, discrepancies and ensure clarity and accuracy in reporting.
• Develop and implement data cleaning reports and methodologies to maintain high-quality and standardised datasets for efficient analysis.
• Support in the development and improvement of internal processes for data management, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data quality assurance.

What we look for in ideal candidate:

• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideal for students or fresh graduates.
• Driven by data and results, eager to take on challenges and go the extra mile.
• Currently enrolled in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related degree..
• Ability to handle and navigate through large sets of client data with precision, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients regarding data-related queries or inconsistencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data, recognize patterns, and provide meaningful insights.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a meticulous approach to data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Advanced English language skills (B2+) -> Our clients & prospects are in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.
