Vestberry is on the hunt for a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help our clients get oriented in our tool. This pivotal role includes everything from client support, training initiatives, and implementation strategies to cultivating and preserving long-term client relationships.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of both existing and new clients, from seamless onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
  • Proactive Solutions: Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating client needs and concerns, preventing potential escalations or churns. 
  • Training & Development: Master the nuances of Vestberry’s offerings and empower our clients to become proficient users, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform. You become the expert of Vestberry products and then transfer the knowledge to our clients. You become an expert in explaining how to use the product with the primary goal of making the clients power users of our platform. 
  • Project Implementation: Strategically plan and execute client-specific projects, allocating resources where necessary.
  • Client Insights: Dive deep into understanding our clients’ businesses, addressing their unique needs and queries.
  • Data Analytics: Examine and interpret client datasets, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration: Foster strong ties with internal teams, from product to sales and marketing, ensuring all-round client success.
  • Mentoring: Offer guidance and expertise to the budding talents within the customer success team – such as Customer Data Analysts.

  • Analytical & Strategic: Excel in drawing deep insights from challenges and crafting efficient solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure no critical aspect is overlooked, ensuring project success.
  • Grace Under Pressure: Thrive in demanding situations, maintaining poise and efficiency.
  • Communicative: Possess stellar written & verbal English proficiency. Knowledge of an additional language is a bonus.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand core financial documents like P&L, Balance Sheets, and Income Statements.
  • Team Player & Self-Starter: Flourish both independently and within team settings.
  • Innovative Mindset: Embrace out-of-the-box thinking, consistently aiming for process enhancement.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and address client concerns efficiently within a fintech startup setting.
  • Ever-Evolving: Relish the dynamic nature of startups, always eager to adapt, learn, and innovate.
