Vestberry is on the hunt for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who will help our clients solve product related questions and get oriented in our tool.

Why This Role Matters

Customer Support is not a ticket machine here, it’s a core part of our customer experience. As our Customer Support Specialist working EMEA hours, you’ll be the first to respond when a portfolio manager is stuck, an analyst is confused, or a CFO needs help reconciling data.

You’ll be the voice of calm in moments of uncertainty, guiding clients to solutions, sharing product knowledge, and helping our team turn feedback into a better product.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot technical questions from VC clients via Intercom, email, or screen recordings always with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Handle data-related requests (Excel/CSV imports, mismatches, or reconciliation issues) with structured thinking and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base with clear, easy-to-follow help docs.
  • Track and uphold our key support metrics: fast first replies, high satisfaction scores, and low reopen rates.
  • Escalate product issues thoughtfully and collaborate closely with our Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Stay on top of product changes and be the expert clients trust when something breaks, doesn’t make sense, or needs explaining.

What You Bring

  • Strong written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, you’re methodical, curious, and calm.
  • Solid Excel/Sheets proficiency, basic formulas, filters, and formatting should feel natural to you.
  • You’re proactive and customer-first in your thinking, solving the problem is more important than closing the ticket.
  • You’re excited to work independently in a remote-first team and comfortable learning in an evolving product environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a support/ops role at a tech company
  • Familiarity with the venture capital or private markets industry
  • Experience maintaining help centers or writing support documentation

  3. Practical challenge (email triage + Excel assignment)
  4. Final conversation with our Head of Customer Success
