Are you our next Head of Sales ?
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing revenue function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech company serving Venture Capital investors across Europe.
This is a player-coach role combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive sustainable growth and establish a best-in-class go-to-market function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end revenue performance, including ARR growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, sales strategy, and deal execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Define and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, prioritisation, and geographic focus
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage and develop the SDR / outbound function, building a disciplined, effective outbound engine alongside inbound and partner-led motions
- Carry an individual quota through direct ownership of strategic accounts and enterprise opportunities, in addition to overall team revenue responsibility
- Build executive relationships with key accounts, partners, and market stakeholders
- Develop pricing, proposal, and negotiation approaches to improve win rates and deal value
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Review, re-establish, and maintain effective sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Own budgeting, planning, and sales operations efficiency
- Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools, with strong process adoption and data hygiene
- Leverage modern sales technology and AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting, workflow efficiency, research quality, and team productivity
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
