Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to fuel our growth and expand our market presence.
- Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy to position Vestberry as a leading voice in the VC/PE industry.
- Use data analytics to guide decision-making processes, ensuring that marketing campaigns and sales strategies are both effective and efficient.
- Lead our Sales & Marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
- Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Customer Success, and Product teams to align efforts and achieve our ambitious goals.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities, especially in the US, to propel our expansion.
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
- Drive revenue operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the sales and marketing functions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, markets, partners, and stakeholders in the Venture Capital industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.
- Take charge of selling to key accounts, ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations.
- Represent Vestberry at top industry events, conferences, and webinars, enhancing our brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Leverage marketing tools like HubSpot to track activities, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
- Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.
What we are looking for in a candidate for this position:
- Business English – written & spoken (Native/C1/C2).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fintech or Venture Capital industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets particularly in a SaaS or B2B context.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Proven experience in expanding market presence, especially in international markets such as the US, with a track record of successfully entering new regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance market positioning.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Experience in managing and optimizing budgets across sales and marketing functions to maximize ROI.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to rapidly changing market conditions and business priorities.
