Are you ready to jumpstart your career in sales and make a real impact in the fintech world? Vestberry is on an ambitious growth journey, and we’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our footprint in the Venture Capital industry. As an SDR at Vestberry, you’ll play a crucial role in our outbound efforts, working with the latest tools and technologies to identify new opportunities and streamline our sales process. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound activities, including cold emails, social media outreach, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Customize outreach efforts to reflect the unique needs and pain points of each prospect, increasing the likelihood of engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to develop, test and execute outbound campaigns and approaches to maximize engagement and lead conversion rates that drive interest in Vestberry’s products.
  • Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach response rates, meeting bookings, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Utilize and master our tech stack (including tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more) to track leads, manage outreach, and optimize our sales process.
  • Think creatively about how to automate and scale outbound activities, using tools and techniques to increase efficiency and reach more potential customers.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and outcomes in our CRM, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to identify key industry events, webinars, and other opportunities for outreach, leveraging these platforms to generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to better position Vestberry’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Business English – written & spoken (C1/C2).
  • This position is ideal for fresh graduates or for someone with experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • A passion for automation and efficiency, with experience or interest in leveraging tools to automate outbound processes and eagerness  to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from outreach efforts to continuously refine and improve sales strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
