We want to triple our customer base over the next year. Hence we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with previous SaaS experience who will help us capture the market opportunity ahead of us.
We are the category-leading portfolio monitoring and intelligence SaaS tool for venture capital and private equity, with a strong brand in this market comes a high level of inbound high-intent leads. When this is combined with outbound efforts we continue to drive strong quarter-on-quarter pipeline growth: multi-year contracts, short sales cycle (2-6 months depending on the complexity of the buyer), and few (2-6) stakeholders to manage on the client-side with clear personas, high buying intent (every 10th – 20th cold reach out results in a meeting with high relevance). Join our CEO Marek and our sales team in selling our unique product to our customers worldwide.
Details of the role:
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and opportunity qualification to preparing demos for potential customers, presenting the product to stakeholders, managing the pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- You will work closely with our marketing specialist and SDR, who handle lead generation (both inbound and outbound).
- You will continuously expand your knowledge of the venture capital and private equity industries. You will learn from your colleagues and our customers – investors with whom you will be in regular contact.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in SaaS or custom software sales
- Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding sales targets
- Affinity for the world of finance/venture capital/private equity and a basic understanding of its key concepts.
- Communication skills include professional English- written & spoken (C1/C2)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, resolve to calm a heated situation along with strong negotiation skills.
