As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives and drive our go-to-market strategies. This is a high-impact role focused on driving pipeline growth, strengthening brand positioning, and executing go-to-market strategies in a highly specialized financial audience.
You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and data, translating a complex product into compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated buyers. This role is ideal for someone who understands the VC ecosystem and thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with revenue, growth, and brand objectives
- Drive qualified pipeline generation through multi-channel campaigns spanning content, paid acquisition, events, partnerships, and ABM
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI, experimentation, and performance
- Establish and continuously improve a data-driven marketing engine across tracking, reporting, attribution, and testing
- Lead brand positioning and awareness initiatives to increase visibility, credibility, and recognition among VC, and institutional investor audiences
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for a complex fintech product serving a niche market
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, support conversion, and align marketing efforts with commercial priorities
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate product functionality into compelling customer value propositions, use cases, launch narratives, and roadmap presentations
- Partner with Customer Success to activate champion users and existing clients as advocates, driving referrals, case studies, and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing designer to develop high-quality, on-brand materials, including client presentations, sales decks, pitch materials, event assets, thought leadership content, and internal presentations
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel (MQL → SQL → closed-won)
- Oversee content strategy to support demand generation and brand awareness
- Manage external agencies and vendors where relevant
- Ensure consistency, quality, and brand excellence across all internal and external touchpoints
- Build and scale content marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, reports, and campaign assets tailored to VC audience
- Work closely with the Event Manager to execute high-quality events and experiences that generate pipeline and strengthen brand presence
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in fintech or tech
- Strong understanding of or genuine interest in learning Venture Capital, or institutional investment workflows
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong understanding of demand generation and full-funnel marketing
- Experience marketing complex, multi-stakeholder products with long sales cycles
- Hands-on experience with content, performance marketing, and ABM strategies
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Based in Slovakia or willing to work in-house in Bratislava
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to investment firms or financial professionals
- Background in product marketing or GTM strategy
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong content and messaging instincts
