Details of the Role:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in B2B marketing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and the customer success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to drive lead generation through marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in cooperation with the Product team to promote new features or products to prospects and clients.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and online content.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role in B2B business.
• Strong background in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of all aspects of marketing, including digital, content, product, and brand management.
• Excellent communication skills, with professional-level fluency in English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
• Affinity for the world of finance/venture capital/private equity and a basic understanding of its key concepts.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
