FAQs
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train or improve any AI model. Vestberry stores prompts and outputs solely within our own infrastructure to debug and improve the features – this is never connected to the model providers.
What data is actually sent to the AI?
Only what’s needed for your request. When you ask Tony a question, he retrieves the relevant subset of your data through your authenticated session – never full databases or portfolio exports. For extractions and summaries, only the documents you explicitly submit are processed.
How do you prevent wrong answers?
Three layers: answers are grounded in data retrieved live from your Vestberry account rather than generated freely, AI summaries cite the source document, page, and exact excerpt so you can verify every statement, and nothing is saved or imported without your review and approval.
Can we control or turn off AI features?
Yes. Access is managed by your admins – you decide which users can use Tony, who can access the Email Inbox, and which AI features are enabled, in line with your firm’s AI policy.
