Senior Software Developer

Vestberry is a B2B Fintech SaaS startup building portfolio intelligence and monitoring solutions for Venture Capital (VC) funds. We’re a fast-growing team (~50 people) with a flat structure, transparent communication, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and individual growth.

We are looking for a senior developer to fulfill our ambitious yet realistic plans who takes pleasure in all facets of software engineering. You can help us build new cool product features, tweak system & application architecture and improve our development practices together with other engineering team members.

• You will work in an autonomous product team, delivering the right solutions to solve customer needs
• You will be writing reusable, testable, and efficient code but also contributing in the complete feature delivery process, starting from refining requirements, through implementation and testing, to product release and monitoring
• You will continuously optimize CI/CD pipeline, product’s architecture, performance, scalability, and robustness
• You will help other team members to grow through mentorship, team sessions and code reviews
• You will assist with recruiting new engineers

Our tech stack:

• Backend: TypeScript/Node.js, GraphQL, Express.js, SQL, Jest
• Frontend: React.js, Storybook
• Infra: AWS, Kubernetes, Aurora PostgreSQL, Helm, S3, SQS
• Tools: GitLab, Jira, Notion,
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana

• Experienced software engineer proficient in server-side javascript / typescript (Node.js, Nest.js) (5+ years)
• You possess expertise in designing, building, and optimizing APIs, with a specialized focus on GraphQL
• You master software development best practices and processes
• You have a keen interest in cloud technologies and are familiar with a cloud provider, preferably AWS
• You also have experience with front-end development, preferably in React, or you are willing to learn
• You can inspire other engineers and can prove great mentoring and communication skills
• You have ideally worked on SaaS solution and you are interested in Fintech sector

You will work on:
